1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Jeeto Rupiya mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Jeeto Rupiya, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not:

• Create more than one account
• Create an account using false information or on behalf of another person
• Transfer or sell your account to another person

4. Earning & Withdrawals

Jeeto Rupiya allows users to earn virtual points ("Points") through various activities including but not limited to:

• Playing games
• Completing daily check-ins
• Spinning the lucky wheel
• Scratching cards
• Watching videos
• Visiting websites
• Referring friends

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days
• We reserve the right to limit the number of withdrawals per user
• All withdrawals are subject to verification
• We may require additional identification documents for withdrawal verification

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Creating multiple accounts
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the App
• Participating in any form of Points farming or artificial inflation
• Selling, trading, or transferring Points outside of the App
• Using VPNs or other methods to mask your location
• Engaging in any activity that gives you an unfair advantage

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Jeeto Rupiya and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Resale or commercial use of the App
• Collection and use of any product listings or descriptions
• Derivative use of the App or its contents
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Requests by law enforcement
• Unexpected technical or security issues

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or delete it from your device.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Jeeto Rupiya makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or other damage resulting from factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jeeto Rupiya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
